Yoga & Movement Cruise

Sweeney's Cruise Co Loch Lomond have teamed with Galeforce Movement & Fitness to create a unique first of it's kind event on Loch Lomond. A 3 hour Loch cruise aboard our luxurious flagship vessel the Silver Dolphin with movement and fitness teachers Shadé Bruce and Megan MacGregor.

The cruise will consist of 2 hours light pilates and exercise sessions with a revitalising Hatha Yoga class, designed to create the feeling of ease, lightness and relaxation in the body, followed by another hour on board to relax with a nutritious vegan meal prepared by our head chef and perhaps even a glass of bubbly or cocktail from our bar.

Galeforce Movement & Fitness aim to introduce individuals to a variety of exercises that will help diversify their routines. They are passionate about overall physical and mental well being and have designed challenging movement & fitness sessions to help shake up stagnant regimes which, if carried out consistently, over time, are guaranteed to increase confidence, improve posture and flexibility, increase endurance, strength and overall fitness in a fun and enjoyable way.

The cruise will depart at 11am on Saturday the 2nd of June from Sweeney's Cruise Co's base in the centre of Balloch village.

This event is suitable to anyone over 18 and whilst the sessions are intensive, modifications and support are offered in order for participants to work at their own level and enjoy the full experience.

“I love this team!! Both are such an inspiration for me!! I knew Shadé as I joined her classes at gym and now I can't imagine myself working out without her. She is a brilliant and such a motivational instructor!!!! I am more keen on cardio and weights but I am sure that this team will definitely change me my mind and love yoga too!! Can't wait for your next event!! Keep going with the wonderful work!!”
